It was IMO, but we decline it anyway, right? Good recovery by Averett to tie up his arm.

Definitely decline it but not calling it may mean they let him get away with it...that can’t happen.

Definitely decline it but not calling it may mean they let him get away with it...that can’t happen.
I'm going to give the refs the benefit of the doubt and say that they left the flag in their pockets because the pass fell incomplete, and they would have thrown it if he caught it. There's a pretty good chance I'm wrong here, but it makes me feel better.
