Part of the appeal for wawa is that it’s open late and it’s good to eat when you have been drinking.

It’s kind of like Taco Bell.

I was meaning to ask this when you said your 80s album top ten needs updating. The music hasn’t changed. Why does it need updating? If you like Zeppelin more, did The Who put out better music than Zeppelin has post-2009 that we didn’t know about?

Just a matter of continual listening and changes in opinion

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

And Subway sucks. Not a hot take. Everyone agrees.

Yet it somehow has the most locations of any fast food place in the US.

Like I said, it's basic. I think Wawa is too, but it gets a boost by many that has nothing to do with the quality of the subs.

All flavored potato chips suck. Especially BBQ. Plain or nothing.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

No, it's actually a very good one. The only flavored chip I can do is salt and vinegar and even after a few of those my tongue is numb.

Old Bay isn't too bad either, but the Utz crab chip...awful

Give me plain salted. I like the kettle chips or dark russetts too. Just dont make my chip taste like a burger or pizza or something stupid like that.

I don't eat potato chips often, but I'm good with plain, sour cream & onion, old bay, and bbq chips.

I like some flavored chips--I've always been partial to Utz Salt and Pepper chips, along with most crab chips--but I tend to prefer plan.

The best chips are these: https://www.costcobu....100345834.html

Not because of the Himalayan salt thing, but because they are kettle-cooked, crinkle-cut, and you get about 3.5 times your normal Utz bag for about 1.5 times the price (assuming the 2/$6 sales at Giant). Oh, and they taste really good. And they hold up well to malt vinegar.

In five years Netflix will either: 1. Cease to exist, 2. Be a shell of its current self.

It might be starting already.

In ring?  Probably.  On the mic?  The best of all time.

I’d put The Rock and Roddy Piper above Flair on mic skills.

I too was never a Flair guy.

80s NWA Ric Flair was better than those 2.

My hot take: Wrestling is (for lack of a certain phrase I don't like to use any more) lame as shit.

My hot take: Wrestling is (for lack of a certain phrase I don't like to use any more) lame as shit.

Really tough for wrestling to exist in the age of social media.  I loved it back when I was a kid - mid to late 80's, early 90's WWF was awesome.  And I loved the nWo storyline in WCW in the late 90's.

But then, even if you knew it was fake, you still had a relative illusion of good vs. bad (or faces vs. heels as it were).  With social media, everyone knows what all the story lines are about, or that the guy who's being booked as a heel spent all day at the children's hospital signing autographs while the guy being booked as a face was getting busted for a DUI, and it just doesn't work as well.  I've tried to get back into it a few times and it never takes.
