Struggles of the kicking game change the math a lot.Announcer saying 4 down territory... to me you have to kick the FG if you don't pick this up.
Penalty makes it 3rd and 11.
Petrino good from 39, though, so that's good. No question of kick vs go on 4th and 11.

He missed the xp, and the first FG was a gift.... but he's been good this year. Still early in the 4th, take the points when you can get them. Would've felt the same without the penalty and if it happened to be 4th and short.
Defense has got a couple of stops. Need another.

So Indiana starts at their 40, and they gain 20+ immediately on the ground. Sweet.
