He could end up being good, but isn't right now.
Still just RS Frosh, who missed most of last year...and had to spend the offseason getting healthy, not improving.
But the play has not been good this year, a few moments aside.

That turnover is on Canada, IMO. Hill shouldn't have been in the game. Any future mistakes he makes today are on the coach.

Now Hill is hurt. Shouldn't have been on the field. Hope it's not major but Pigrome needed to be in there. Can't justify Hill starting either of the past two drives.
