Gotta look at some smaller schools that win games 55-50

Actually read that it only includes players that play on power 5 teams. I wonder if that means they are only eligible against power 5 teams too? So you wouldn't be able to start Alabama D against The Citadel.

Shot in the dark -

Anyone have any idea what the bandwidth is needed for a Yahoo fantasy football draft? Trying to determine if I can host 9 other guys for an online draft in the same room via WiFi.

My league's auction is Friday night. A bit nervous but very excited.

Pick
2. Todd Gurley (LAR RB) $73
31. JuJu Smith-Schuster (PIT WR) $18
32. Joe Mixon (CIN RB) $31
35. Michael Thomas (NO WR) $48
50. Minnesota (MIN DEF) $2
56. Marquise Goodwin (SF WR) $9
81. Ben Roethlisberger (PIT QB) $2
93. Philip Rivers (LAC QB) $2
96. Tevin Coleman (ATL RB) $7
121. Kenny Stills (MIA WR) $1
132. Chris Carson (SEA RB) $1
150. Mike Williams (LAC RB) $1
159. Ricky Seals-Jones (ARI TE) $1
167. Gio Bernard (CIN RB) $1
171. Will Lutz (NO K) $2
174. Chris Godwin (TB WR) $1

Very satisfied with my auction. A bit of an overspend on Michael Thomas but the elite WR's were going pretty high and I knew I wanted one. Gurley at $73 (exactly what I had him for) was also surprising.

I'll likely play Coleman or Goodwin at the flex most weeks but also like that Carson is another startable RB, as he's had a great camp for Seattle apparently. Williams and Godwin are my upside picks. Clearly weak at TE but I always am.

I was offered $2 for Corey Davis in my auction keeper league. I'm not keeping him, so seems like a no-brainer. But for such a paltry sum, do I deal him away and let another owner keep him (for $10 this year, increases by $10 every year) or dump hum back into the pool and hope he costs someone else more money?

It's one of the good owners offering me this trade. I'd definitely make the deal if it was one of the donkeys, but I worry about giving an intelligent owner a potential massive asset for the next few years. On the other hand, it would take up one of his keeper slots, and if Davis doesn't break out, then it's a wasted keep at least for this season.

Thoughts?

How many keeper spots do you guys get? Id probably just throwing him back in the pool. He'll likely cost whoever buys him $10+ for this year. If you can get him up to $5 or $ 6 then it becomes more worth it for you.

Titans aren’t an explosive offense. 4 games against the Jags and Texans Ds. Maybe negotiate up to $5 and if he says no, take the $2. If you aren’t keeping him take something instead of nothing.

I tend to not care too much about who I’m trading with. Some guys I will think “If he wants him he must be good” and I’ll do my homework to make sure he doesn’t know something I don’t know. But end of the day, 90% of league success is managing your roster in season. No one wins on draft day. Take the couple bucks if it’s there, throw it at a guy you really really want instead of being out bid by $2. Then it’s no harm no foul.

4 keepers. I felt the same and have done similar to your and Mike's advice, countered for $6. Gonna see what he does.

He just made a trade for McCaffrey ($36 keep, non-PPR), so he might be out of the market anyways.

Auction league, I was offered A. Brown for Kamara. Brown is $41, Kamara is $6.

Should I do it?

This is before our draft and we can keep 3 players and my other keepers are Cook for $37 and Collins for $6 so I would still be set for RBs.
I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Absolutely not.

Kamara for $6 may be the best value in your draft.

My work league, I picked 6th out of 8 and got Brown and Kamara.  Fournette almost fell to me in round 3 but I grabbed CMC instead.

Feel pretty good about it.

I have Luck, Matt Ryan and Mahomes at QB, not really sure which way to go there.  I await your reply Mackus.

Play matchups.  Ryan ahead at first, but I'd take whoever is home between him and Luck most weeks unless they are playing a really stout defense.  Mahomes I wouldn't go to unless/until he takes off.
