I'd like to see them lock up Carlson.  Wonder if they'll be able to keep Beags too.  Wilson needs to be a Cap for life.  As much as he scares the crap out of me, I love the way he plays and he would be absolutely annoyingly loathsome on another team.

I think Beags could happen too, but he's at that dangerous point where he goes from being $1m 4th line player to making like $3-3.5m. You can't spend that much on 4th line players, no matter how good they are on faceoffs. Not when you are up against the cap and trying to resign guys like Carlson, Wilson, etc.

Amazing. He had to get the production crew to stop the music so he could keep it going with that epic bit. Followed by that line, screaming as he hoists the Cup. Pure emotion. This was worth the wait. Still so surreal.
