Hines Ward. I like him in real life but hated his on the field antics.

What player do you hate the most?

Brett Gardner... not sure why... he just seems like a roided MFY... and, yes, a person is s'posed to be innocent until proven guilty... but, look, he *voluntarily* wears the MFY uniform, so I'm not worried about that part...

Right there with you on Gardner.

Poor Brett... I can't even remember what he did..... but I still hate his stupid face
Clearly you had a thing for Jillian...
I think there's two different things here. There's "sports hate", where someone from an opposing/rival team is some combination of good against and annoying toward your team (or even outright evil, like Porter, at whom I still laugh at the fact he got shot in the ass like Forrest Gump). Then there's irrational hate, where you just dislike someone about whom you would otherwise have little to no opinion.
So my sports hate is a lot of Squeelers and Dookies and Yanks. In terms of irrational hate, though, I'd go with Kevin Gregg.

What's irrational about hating Kevin Gregg?
I still do five years after he left the team

Shows how much hockey is irrelevant that Crosby hasn't been brought up until now. (The hockey being irrelevant schtick has been my go to when dealing with obnoxious Pens fans after this back-to-back nonsense)

Truth. But my son is getting into hockey, so look out!
Also, Ricker, you're up. Next topic.

What's irrational about hating Kevin Gregg?
If Gregg landed that haymaker against Ortiz he's top 10 most loved in Baltimore.

It used to be Lebron James for me, but over the years I have grown to respect him a lot.
I really hate Tom Brady. I think he has earned that #1 hate spot for me.
Ortiz is up there as well, but now that he is retired I don't care as much.

Excellent point...
Before they got rich, they didn't whine...
So, who was the 1st talented-but-whiny player?
(In BAL, it was Bert Jones... the man could throw, but boy, did he traipse around after ref's, whining and pleading about the last play...)
