This guy got an over slot bonus in the 2009 draft (30th round) and is finally showing us why. The 22 year old hit .252/.420/.458 (.878 OPS) with 23 doubles, 4 triples, 11 HR, 48 RBI, 18 stolen bases, 86/108 BB/K with Delmarva. He was recently promoted to Frederick where hes batting .500 over his first three games with a double, triple, and HR.

Webb is an intriguing talent.

He legitimately has 4 tools. His defense is above average and he has a cannon for an arm. His main problem is simply making enough contact. He strikes out a lot, but walk even more. It was really long overdue on the promotion to Frederick.

Seems to me like he could be a guy you see start to creep up people's Orioles Prospects lists.

Hes become an interesting guy to follow. Not great contact but walks a ton and hits for extra bases while stealing his share too. Top 15 range for me probably.
