There are now conflicting reports as to whether it actually happened or not. I believe it happened.
It sounds less like a group of fans and more like one or two.
I can see it as someone finding out Schaub's address, going there to take some pictures, Schaub (or a family member) confronting them to get them to leave, and the fan talking trash at that point. Fits most of what we've been told, and easy to blow out of proportion.

Ed Reed insists Houston Texans defensive coordinator Wade Phillips is doing a poor job, and the safety was released by the team earlier this month because Reed spoke up about it.

Right or wrong, that probably says a lot about why he wasn't a Raven to start the season, and why they didn't take advantage of the second chance to grab him.

He didn't exactly light it up in his first game with the Jets. He actually got burned pretty badly by a rookie Bills receiver on the Bill's first touchdown.
