Penalties are still a problem, this time it was largely on the defensive side of the ball. Gave them 5 first downs.

Agreed, some progress though.  I thought the two on Smith were questionable at best.

They love him up there though. The whole Ohio State connection. In a lost season anyway, he's probably earned the right to figure it out the rest of the year, and earn his job in camp again next year.
