Not really cap related, but the Ravens will pick somewhere between probably 17th and 20th in the draft.

Right around the area they got CJ.

Let's not be afraid to jump up in the draft and get someone they deem as an elite talent.

We'll see. Too early for us to really look. Whether you can keep Wagner or not is key. If SS retires, Wallace isn't optioned is key. I think it's safe to say Jimmy can't stay healthy. Is there a CB there? A lot of ways to go, a long way to draft day.

Wallace has to stay.

SSS is likely gone but I wouldn't be upset if he came back.

Definitely in a BPA area.

The WR from Western Michigan would be nice.

I think we will see Wagner leave and the Ravens will get the comp pick.

It would not surprise me to see Lewis at RT next season.

I don't disagree with you on the guy from "Western Michigan ". But I think the Ravens need an edge rusher that dan actually get to the QB. The Ravens have struggled to get pressure that last few week. I think Dummervil is done and Suggs is not what he once was.

A lot of depth in edge rushers this draft.

Correa was a big disappointment this year but we will see how he develops.

BWill was bad his first year and has been great since.

I'm fine with the idea of continuing to add to the defense.

I would like to see a play made for Alshon because I'm doubting Davis is there when we draft.

If we sign Alshon, we lose the Wagner or bwill comp pick but that's ok.

Draft order thus far:

Losing this week could be the difference between several draft spots.

Please lose this week. Could be nice to jump up a couple more spots.

If there are no changes in coaching, here are my priorities.

WR- They want to throw it 50 times a game without scheming receivers open, they better get someone who can create their own space. Complement to Wallace and Perriman. Someone quick in a phone booth rather than a straight line.

OL - Can't stress the importance here (See: Dallas Cowboys). Also, this offense and Flacco falls to pieces when someone goes down.

DB - Jimmy Smith just can't stay healthy for 16 games. Pees' defenses don't generate pressure, so you need to cover better and longer.

Edge - Feel like Suggs won't step away, but Dumervil should. McClellan cant be more than STs. You have Judon who looks promising, Correa we hope grows. ZDS on his last chance. Feel like a high pick here will end up at the back of the line the way Harbaugh operates. So find a combine stud like Judon in the late rounds.

Really sucks that we got a big zero out of Koufusi and Correa this year.

Kaufusi is different.  He broke the ankle and that is going to happen.

Correa was just burried.  I will always wonder if he could have settled in and helped

Correa was injured too, but you're right he had opportunities to get on the field.

I think Kaufusi could have helped with the pass rush.

Ravens obviously felt that way too..

How does that effect what they do in the offseason and the draft I wonder?

I think Kaufusi, will get time no matter where they use him but their primary defensive needs should be a corner or rush end, which ever comes first.

I still think they need to prioritize OLB/DE. Dumervil will probably be let go imo, and Suggs obviously not getting any younger. It's a deep Edge class, get one early.

I like the idea of keeping Wagner, spending on Jeffrey and drafting front 7, online and secondary in the draft.

I wouldn't be upset if they drafted a returner either, particularly if that guy can be a chance of pace RB.

Could be a slot CB type as well. Someone quick and explosive. I do like Campanaro a lot. Can he be relied on to stay healthy though? Probably not.

I'm not overly keen on spending big at WR in FA, but Jeffery would be a huge addition.

Jeffery is certainly a talent, but with his history, I am not sure the Ravens spend big on him

I actually think WR is ok.  I'm still very much in favor of OL/CB all the way.  Zuttah needs to go.

Also reading RSR's salary cap article, it doesn't look like we'll have very much room to splurge on free agents.

There will be plenty of money after they cut players.
