One of the clasic rants of all time.Playoffs!? All I want is our odds of winning more games than we lose this season.
Also not sure if your kidding or not but I think us getting to 82 wins is the goal. Anything beyond that is icing on the cake.
We beat every aspect of the Orioles into the ground but if this team gets to 82, IMO the season is a success. This is a team that SI said would win 52 games, This is a team that most predicted to be a 95 loss team. Getting to 82 will stop the bleeding and maybe put the Orioles in a different light for FA's etc.
To me the magic number is 27.

82 wins is not the goal. It's the silver lining. The playoffs is and has to be the goal. Also not sure if your kidding or not but I think us getting to 82 wins is the goal. Anything beyond that is icing on the cake.
If we miss the playoffs but still finish over .500 then I agree that the season in retrospect would be a success, but right now the goal absolutely is the playoffs.

That be a change from the usual -- the Ravens in the playoffs is not enough/happy if the O's go 500.I think Im getting close to being 50/50 on who finishes the season with the better winning % between the O's and Ravens
