If this does happen, the issue is what we give up. Again- if the deal goes down, I'll react then. I (and certainly others) have hoped to get him for a year or two.

My best offer is Schoop and Arrieta. And that's knowing Arrieta in that ballpark and league could be their #1 starter within a year. But to me the chance to have Headley and Machado as our longterm left side of the infield is too enticing to pass up. Trade Hardy sometime in 2013.
