Looking forward to tomorrow's game. Aggravated that Turgeon hit the brakes today with 7 minutes to go. Maryland was rolling and he took the air out of the ball, which took away the momentum. I think Terps play well tomorrow. Big game against a great team.

He could have rested Trimble and others but not hit the brakes completely, allowing Nebraska to make it a game. 86 points, seriously?
Plus, I get taking the air out of the ball as it winds down, but man, MD looked bad. They waited too long and couldn't create a shot before the shot clock ran out. Nobody moving without the ball.
They are still a lazy team, and that isn't going to fly today against Michigan State. Spartans hustle. Maryland needs to get back on defense quickly, or they'll allow some easy buckets. They also need to get out and score in transition more. In a half court game, the iso stuff will get stuffed by their bigs, and they aren't going to shoot 75% from 3-pt range again.
Stone showed how dominant he can be at times last night, but against inferior talent. Now he's going to have to fight to establish position. Not just stand there and be open by default.
Drive and dish in the half court game. Move without the ball. They aren't pro's yet. Going to take a lot of hustle to win this one. Turgeon talked pre game yesterday about how Trimble had been getting tired, but of course now feels better than ever. Of course.
If Trimble is getting tired playing as slow as he does, after 30some games, how the hell is he going to play 82, 48 minute games? Maybe he does come back.

Missed 3 for Melo... followed by a missed rebound from MD, leading to a 2nd opportunity for MSU.

Go to Layman after the TO, misses inside... breakout the other way.
Trimble fouled.
