Jake a better rebounder... Nickens a better shooter... Jake better help defender....    Jake can shoot some, but too many 3's for me... like him better when he attacks, and looks for fouls...  both good size...   Nickens was moving his feet better defensively last few games...

Honestly, Nickens is the better fit with the starters than Layman. Like Layman as a stretch 4 too. However, thats where the Wiley injury hurts. You need Nickens to play some SG.
