Just heard that Denver had 20 sacks in the preseason.

They have some tremendous pass rushers. The line will get tested early and I would favor the pass rushers early in the season because of the communication needed on the Oline.

Will Waller get a chance to make a play down the field?

 

 

Would love to leave the game with a W obviously... road victory over conference foe would be big.

 

Beyond that, hoping to see some individual performances to build from.

Offensively, I'd like to see the ball move around. You don't have elite play makers, but you do have guys that can contribute. Get something from Juice, and both Crockett and Maxx.  Get Camp going right away. Try and get Aiken, and M. Brown producing before going to Smith Sr.

 

Defensively, sucks to be without Jernigan.  More opportunity for Davis, but would have liked to have been able to better rotate on the line in the altitude. Hopefully Davis and Williams can come up big.

Then you would like to see Arrington have immediate success in the slot. You'd like to leave today feeling better about Webb. I think it might take 1/2 a season for Jimmy Smith to get back to the level he was at prior to his injury, but we will have a better idea of where he is at after today.  Then of course the Safeties.
