I just remember you admitting last season that you didn't really watch the Nats much in our Matt Williams conversations, that's why I asked.

I didn't pick Jake to win the Cy Young, but I don't think last year was a fluke either.

Time will tell.

No need to add the "I'll be here to laugh at you nonsense"...though i know that's just you being you.

Please feel free to put your own selections out there anytime though.

If Arrieta wins the NL Cy Young Award I quit baseball.

I mostly threw that in for fun. I wanted a Cubby to win an award (as would most assuredly happen if they do have a big year this year), thought about Rizzo for MVP, and decided to give ol' Jake some love instead.

If it happened, it would be awesome and at the same time it would suck something fierce.

Explain how Buck is winning the MOY for the 2nd year in a row. Something that has only happed one time.

76 wins, 4th place.

Motto for the season:   "At least we're not Tampa Bay"

I've predicted 85 wins the last 2 years, no reason to change that now.

But if injuries add up, this team is in deep trouble.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

AL
East: Bal, NY, Tor, Bos, TB
Central: Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, KC, Minnesota
West: Seattle, LA, Oakland, Houston, TX

MVP:Donaldson
CY: Price

NL
East: Was, Mia, NY, Philly, Atl
Central: Pitt, StL, Chicago, Cincy, Milwaukee
West: LA, SD, SF, AZ, Colo

MVP: McCutchen
CY: Kershaw

On a thread on another site, I predicted 91-71 for the O's.

ARod is going to have a very good comeback campaign. Eovaldi is going to be the best pitcher in the AL East, and might steal the CY from Price.
The AL East is going to 4 deep, the AL Central is going to be 4 deep, the AL West is going to be 2 deep. Detroit was the toughest call because if their age and noted deficiencies.
The NL East is going to be 1 1/2 deep (Miami will probably have a good half-season), the NL Central is going to be 5 deep, and the NL West is going to be 3 deep (AZ will be better, but not competitive).
