Well I know it ain't Cal even though he's the obvious answer.

I'll give an easy one -- Brady Anderson.

There are multiple players who've done it. Brady is correct.

I may have only got McGriff because of '89 being the starting year. I knew he was in Toronto in the late 80s.

I got McGwire right away -- I thought about the early 90s Jays and that's how I got McGriff.

Brian Roberts? Probably short on HRs

Adam Jones? Probably short on SBs

How many have done it.

Is Paul Blair one? Probably has the steals but I don’t know about the homers

Have to think Brian Roberts is one thanks to that 2005 season.

Neither. If it makes you feel better you're correct on both assesments and each were close. Roberts had 92 Hrs and Jones had 90 SB.

Blair is the only other one to do it. The ovelwhelming majority of franchises have had more than 2 do it.

Makes sense. Earl Weaver didn’t like to steal, then when he retired less and less guys did it as the game evolved.

Paul Blair definitely did it.  He was with the Orioles a long time.

Guessing this would be the thread to share a Sporcle quiz you made: https://www.sporcle....l-traded-for-me

The premise is listing multiple people traded for one player and then you have to guess that player

What MLB team has gone the longest without having a HOFer play for them. Doesnt necessarily have to be a guy who went into the HOF for that team. For example the last HOFer to play for the Os was Thome in '12.

Extra credit if you name the player and year they played for the team.

Nope. Wade Boggs '99. Was before then.

I forgot all about Boggs and is 200 games there, his last 2 season.

Does the Washington Senators count? :) :) :) :)

I love Randy, when he was not pitching against the Orioles.

I cant remember who said it,

. But there was an Oriole interview on HTS (If I remember right) lol

Maybe it was Brady, but he was a lefty and he said, he didnt like facing him, as he was so long armed, that he felt that he was reaching out to scratch his nose from the rubber. LOL

Frank Thomas played there in 2008.    I thought I was on to something with the Brewers, but Trevor Hoffman finished his career there.
