Rico Petrocelli.
This one can be a little tricky since he was a full time 3B by the time I started watching teams other than the Orioles, but I know he was full time SS at some point before that and that he had good power. I did look up his BR page once I thought of him to verify I was right.

Who has the most 20-win seasons post-deadball era? For a hint: this is a HOFer, but generally not considered an all-time great at the position.
I'll reveal it in a couple hours or if two people get it right, whichever comes first

I looked up my first guess, and he had thirteen 20-win seasons. I suppose someone might have more, though.

I had the same thought and I think that could be the right answer.

Alright, it is indeed Warren Spahn with 13!

Yep, I had it right (insert pat on back here). I would, however, put Warren Spahn in among the all-time greats. He is, after all, the winningest lefthander in the history of baseball. Sports Illustrated had him as the LHP on their all-time greatest MLB team back in 1993. Christy Mathewson was the RHP, which I personally did not agree with.
I did have to look up Palmer's numbers, but I remember him racking up 20-win seasons with numbing consistency back in the 1970s, so I figured he might be the actual leader or at least pretty close. He does have the record for righthanders for the most 20-win seasons post-deadball era. Good job, Cakes!

I missed 2 from 1995. Got all the rest. Im salty about 1 of the 2 because he was listed as a 3b despite that not being his primary position.
1 name in 2007 is Martinez. Its an error.

Today's Immaculate Grid can be filled entirely with Orioles, but you gotta get cute to fill out the HOF squares...can you do it?
