It looked like LeBron was hugging every member of the Thunder, except I saw him look at Durant and then ignore him.

In any case, congrats to every member of the Heat minus Shane Battier.

Huh?

He hugged Durant for 30 seconds...How did you miss that?? It was before the buzzer.

My bad. The interactions I saw were center court post buzzer. Must have been just focusing on my computer during their hug.

Michael Jordan won his first title at 28 years, 3 months. LeBron James wins his first title at 27 years, 5 months.

Just sayin...

7th year in the league for Jordan compared to 9 for Lebron. The longest it's taken a 3 time MVP to win his first. Also, Lebron isn't coming close to 6 rings.

Maybe..I'm not writing him off though, not after what he just did these past 2 months. Hate all you want, but to deny greatness is just nonsense times a billion.

You like to bet on basketball. O/U 3 rings for LeBron. You take the over and I'll happily take your money in about 10 years.

BTW...are you gonna be one of the guys I was talking about who's gonna prematurely place another crown on LeBron's head??

Honestly, I don't really care, I'm just glad he got the monkey off his back.

But if I had to bet, I'd go over.

Congrats to the Heat and LeBron!!!

He was fabulous this season and even more so in the post-season!

And the role players, wow, they stepped up.

Meh, I'm not gonna slurp LeBron like some are. He's amazing and congrats to him, he deserves it. Little over 4 months until the next season.

Go Lakers.

Go Wizards.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

You say he's amazing so what is your distinction between how you're viewing him vs these others you speak of?

You're slurping him. I'm not. I admit that he's awesome but I'm not gonna behave like a 16-year-old at a Britney Spears concert. He's still the enemy.

"He was FABULOUS this season and even moreso in the post-season!"

Gag me.

And no, I'm not going to debate the definition of "slurping" with you.

Harden can opt out..and he will.

Can they keep him? Going to be tough.

James has opened up everything for everyone and the role players are making their shots.

Harden can be a restricted FA so they'll very likely keep him unless they decide they'd rather have Ibaka and they can't figure out a way to keep all 4.

Edit: Harden can be a restricted FA after next season. Same with Ibaka.

Yeah, because your comment makes no sense so of course you can't stand behind it.
