The O's are 58-38, leading the AL East by 1 game.
They've outscored their opposition by 80 runs.
The O's are:
5th overall in Runs scored.
9th overall in Batting Average.
14th overall in On-Base %.
1st overall in Slugging %.
6th overall in ERA.
Texas is 46-50, 3rd place in the AL West, 5 games behind Seattle, 7.5 games behind Boston for the 3rd Wild Card.

I heard that they stayed except for Burnes.

He coulda spent 4 straight days with them after pitching Sun. Instead he flew to Tex to start AS game then left even though we play there tomorrow. Just had to pitch in that AS game didnt you. Coulda went home for 4 straight days. Not a team player. Business first.
Burnes seems to (understandably) be spending as much time as he can with his wife and newborns.

I mean he's everything we needed this year. Gets an A for performance and ultimately thats the most important thing. But he is a mercenary who is putting himself above the team and being led around on a leash by Boras.

Tex played well after leaving Baltimore. Would be nice to win the series and push them towards moving vs buying

Any word on Kjerstad? He can return tomorrow I think.
Saw that he was going through walk throughs today. Hopefully that is a good sign that he is activated tomorrow
