Yankees just gave up a 5-spot, trailing 8-1 in the 7th, so looking like another loss for them.

Lost. O's will be alone in first with a win.

For a guy who doesn't have a power fastball, Povich seems to have issues with command, throws a lot of pitches and especially has trouble throwing his breaking stuff for strikes.  He needs to understand that major league hitters aren't going to miss balls in the heart of the plate so unless he starts to throw strikes to both corners, he's in serious trouble.

Hes a LH Kremer

Which can be a useful. Prob will give you innings but hard to see him as more than a 4 or 5

Kremer has more speed on his fastball doesn't he? But I get the comparison.

Hes never gonna wow but he can be effective enough if he throws strikes. Over time I mean. He could struggle early for awhile like Kremer did.

He was a strikeout machine in the minors.

Would like to see some more swing and miss up here.

I think he will eventually tick up a bit with the Ks but he has no real out pitch. Again, like Kremer.

Much better hitters up here.  They aren't going to miss pitches that he struck AAA hitters out with.  To me, he's a modern-day Scott McGregor.  Has to have pinpoint control or he's going to get hammered.  Simple as that.

I was in the other room but it sounded like Seager annihilated his too.
