11.6 K/9, doesn't give up many hits or HRs. Obviously the walks are his achilles heel. No reason to think he couldn't be a decent SP if he could harness his command.

Hes not a SP
Right handed DL Hall. Realistically probably ends up as a high leverage reliever (and a really good one) but I’m not ruling out a future in the rotation.

Led all of minor league baseball in batting average against. Walks did improve in AAA. Right handed DL Hall in a way.

Would like to see him stick as a starter. Would be OK with a big arm high leverage reliever.

How'd they manage that? Did they delay Mateo to the IL until after the game?

Yeah, I guess technically Baker replaced Mateo and Norby replaced McDermott.

Good on management for figuring out how to do that! Now figure out how to get some real ML pitching in here so we dont have to utilize the Norfolk shuffle so much.
