Amazing how the Orioles play so much better on the road. At home, they're pathetic.

Devers ties it up 1-1 drilling a nothing breaking ball.

That's just good hitting. Not a terrible pitch location wise. Dave Trembley cap tip.

I think it is understandable. Our pitching is largely bad and pitching in a small park makes it worse. Our lineup has a bunch of holes and is not anywhere near good enough to consistently put up big numbers.
Teams love to come here to hit. Especially the division teams that own us.

I also think Ben is right. MLB like it does every year has front loaded the Orioles schedule with the Yankees and the Red Sox and other good teams,

Very true. It's a beautiful ballpark but they really screwed up on the outfield dimensions. I've said it from the beginning- just brutal for pitchers. They should have kept the short distance in right with the high wall and then made left and left center field much deeper to balance it out. It's criminal to go from that cheap shot in right to 364 ft. in left center. It's a joke.

Good pitchers still do well though. I think we will notice it less when and if we get betters pitchers, not to mention hitters.

The best of the Oriole lineup goes very quietly in the third.
