Probably. He hasn't started a game this year so it looks like they're going to be playing the modern game of pitching dominoes.

O's have a 4-man bullpen today, assuming Baumann, Cano, and Felix don't pitch. I wonder if a move is coming.
Irvin was in the pen last night. I am guessing he may be there again and GRod is on the way, maybe to start, Wednesday against the Dodgers.

Hays, Westburg and Mountcastle all on the bench and Mullins out, resting his quad. This has become a deep team.

He had Achilles soreness. Maybe it flared up.

I jinxed us. I said we were a deep team and now we are 2 men down.

What's Hicks' injury? He's been scratched a couple times recently. Combined with his shaky hitting performance the last couple weeks, maybe an IL trip for him is how the relieve some of the roster crunch, at least temporarily.
Achilles injury I think.

No, we don't. He's struggled for a while after every promotion. Let him get settled without panicking.

Hyde's been talking about this a lot... he loves having a five man bench and the versatility it gives in the late innings and match ups. He's well aware that he might not be able to maintain it depending on how the starters do

An Orioles loss with him on the team? We haven't seen that yet. Hays playing CF? Is that what you're hoping to see?

He has 20 at bats. Plenty of time for CC to get it going.
