Does he have a case? No matter what the ruling is, I'm sure some team would take a chance on him if he leaves the Saints. The Bengals or Raiders perhaps.

Roger Goodell was the judge, jury and executioner in this case. He also got to hear the appeal and decide whether he should overrule himself or not. He hasn't released the evidence against Vilma.
Regardless of whether he's right or wrong, now that Goodell is being sued he has to release all the evidence that he has against Vilma, or be held in contempt of court.
