BTW what is with the sudden outburst of these things? They're fun but random.

Hendrix ($10), Hetfield ($3), Robert Plant ($8), John Paul Jones ($1), Danny Carey ($3)
John Paul Jones is the $1 bassist? Seriously? These rankings are terrible.
This would be a really weird sounding band though. Plant's voice would fit any kind of rock, but does throwing him into the band push them more towards that crappy floaty stuff Zep used to fill records with between the phenomenal rock? Does Hetfield keep them grounded and heavier? What kind of stuff would Jimi have made in a different generation? There's a lot of talent, but I'm not sure about the mix. And that's before you get into the fact that these bands were all doing different drugs, IIRC, so there's that mix problem too.

Same reason there are 800 million "What __________ Are You?" Buzzfeed-style quizzes all over Facebook. Someone came up with a cute idea that others grabbed and ran with and beat into the ground.

I said the same about JPJ....too easy to pick him for just a buck. And yeah, first thing you gotta do is get them all on the right drugs.
Eddie Van Halen ($5)
James Hetfield ($3)
Roger Daltrey ($7)
John Paul Jones ($1)
John Bonham ($9)

Some of their Guitar guys I wouldn't mind having as frontmen, and some of their Rhythm guitars I wouldn't mind having as Lead. Doesn't make sense on some of this. And if you're going to put Hetfield you should also be putting Hammett. I wouldn't mind seeing Chris Cornell, Layne Staley, or Kurt Cobain on the list either.
