Red Sox gotta be near the bottom. I'd be pretty upset with their offseason if I was a fan. Of course, the WS ring would make that anger incredibly easy to get over.

Yanks obviously had a great offseason, I think Texas did too bringing in Choo and trading for Fielder who should rake in that ballpark. The Cards had a good offseason, so did the Nats trading for Fister.
As for worst offseasons, the Sox are up there, the Tigers made a bad trade I think in Fielder for Kinsler and also dealt Fister for very little. The Cubs should have made a few more moves and didn't -- I really thought Samardzjia would have been on the move. And I guess if you hate the contract you can put Seattle up there; adding Cano, losing Morales and doing very little else.

Best: New York Yankees, Colorado Rockies, Texas Rangers, Milwaukee had a sneaky good offseason too.
Worst; Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians

Sure:
I really like what the Rockies did adding Brett Anderson and even Jordan Lyles to the rotation..and they upgraded their bullpen with Logan (though they overpaid) and LaTroy Hawkins, who will help mentor Brothers immensely. They could be a HUGE sleeper in the NL. I may actually pick them second in the West. Now if Tulo and CarGo get hurt again, all bets are off.
Texas is pretty obvious.
Milwaukee intrigues me with the additions of Garza and I love Will Smith..I think their bullpen will be terrific. Getting Braun back doesn't really count as an "offseason move' per se, but he's great and they like the other Khris Davis a lot in their outfield.
I don't think Toronto or Cleveland did enough to compete for a playoff spot. Cleveland added Axford and David Murphy, but off the top of my head I can't recall anything else.

Bump
Obviously it's early and anything can happen, but I'm liking what I'm seeing so far with both of these picks...
If health issues don't pop up with either team, I expect them to continue to contend all year. Anderson is already on the Rox 60 day DL, but Chacin should be back soon, and Lyles has been really good. Their bullpen has been even better than I expected, though Brothers should be closing over Hawkins...Check out Adam Ottavino's #'s so far as well.
Brewers are legit, K Rod looks like his old self. Where was that at the end of last year?
