Linebacker Chavis Williams is being cut by the Ravens and will likely go to the practice squad, according to a league source.

That roster move likely bodes well for Sergio Kindle's roster status

Bobby Rainey has supposedly made the team.

Nigel Carr has been cut. He avoids the fine imposed for the hit last week.

My guess is they try to sneak him onto PS

Thompson,Rainey,Harewood, Hall were all guys I was expecting to make it.

Kindle surprises me. It seems they are just holding onto hope. He showed nothing in preseason and wasn't getting a whole lot of snaps either. Like someone said, maybe he's essentially taking Upshaws(IR??) spot.

Great Day for us Sports fans. Orioles in a showdown with the Yankees and the Ravens getting down to 53, not to mention a full TV schedule of college football tomorrow. Pretty good chance the wife gets mad about how long the grass grows this weekend!!

Rock Cartwright got cut by the 49ers, he is a tough strong between the tackles runner who excels on Special Teams. Might be interesting. A guy who could help in short yardage situations and help our special teams. Harbs loves himself some special team guys.

Tommy Streeter may have been placed on the IR. Some tough reciever cuts.

Would have got 51 of 53. Would have Kindle and Gorrer out with Carr and someone else in. I still prob wouldn't have come close to winning that Guess the Roster contest that baltimoreravens.com does. Im sure a few people got all 53.

BTW....happy they were able to sneak Berry on the IR. Still really like him as a RB. I think he may have been picked up otherwise.

Kindle maybe shouldn't have made it but he was also likely to make it.

I def felt Gorrer would make it.

Gorrer is still probably ahead of Chykie Brown. Gorrer actually helped at corner a little last year. I think the Ravens may be looking at the wire for Safety depth also. There still are a few who might not want to exhale yet.
