When is Duke going to build "New Cameron Indoor Stadium"? What a piece. Anyone been there?
You would think they would but I think the feeling is that they don't have a big enough student base to build an arena like Comcast.
It's fine....it's old though.

Smotrycz playing AWFUL.
I literally wouldn't put him back in this game. He's useless offensively when he's not shooting well and may be the worst defensive player in Terps history. I've got absolutely no idea why Turgeon is having him matchup with Parker defensively. Go small, since Duke doesn't have good bigs. Put Faust in, have Layman cover Parker and Faust on Hood, or vice versa.

If the commentator is right, and Turge thinks they will go basket for basket with Duke since MDs defense is bad, this game is over before it starts. Not a good gameplan because they don't have the team to go shot for shot with them. Not many schools do. Looks like game plan as they are taking a lot of quick shots.

Im just glad Dookie Vitale isn't on the call. Wish it was Mike Patrick and Len Elmore though. Best duo in college BBall, IMO.

I disagree... IMO, it's the only game plan... Duke's game play allows you to play transition ball. MD's guards and wings can score in transition... their limitations at PG and the Front-court are what kills the 1/2 court game.

Allen, Wells, and Layman have all had opportunities to attack the basket... Allen picked up the offensive... the others pulled the ball out.
12-6, 13:56 left... 5 turnovers for MD.

This is gonna get ugly. Zero positives on the offensive end for the Terps so far.

Layman with another good look, and another miss.

Just nowhere close to good enough to stay in this game unless Duke keeps struggling.

When Duke scores, Wells needs the ball....... push it down the court....

I hated the passed-up three, one dribble, long 2 he took earlier, but liked that shot. Jake's gotta hit that for us to have a chance. Can't keep up with Duke if we can't make some shots.

I guess so. They just take a lot of bad shots, like they are trying to force the issue of trying to put up big points.

Smotrycz with 4 of MD's 10 shots. Wells, Allen, and Layman 4 combined.
