IMO Taylor stinks and the Ravens need to find a backup QB that is actually a QB

You have to think that Leach. McClain and Koch will end up getting cut. There's some decent cap savings there.

The bigger questions loom around Ngata and Suggs. It seems like there's too much dead money to simply release them so you either restructure or in Suggs case extend him.

As you wrote about Mike, Rice is another you have to look at very closely this off-season. He could also be in line for a teak of the contract.

Lots of things to consider over the next several months.

I think McClain should go if they resign Smith. But I hope Bynes and Brown aren't the plan at starting ILB next year either. Looking more and more like resigning Smith is a priority

I was just out driving to my parents house, I could have sworn I just heard on the radio that coach Harbaugh said he didn't know why Ray Rice wasn't in the game in the first half, that he had to put him in himself. Are you kidding me. Is there no communication between any of the coaches? Does Harbaugh have no say in the players that get to play? Is Harbs nothing more than a glorified timeout caller and challenge flag thrower , two things that he's not good at anyway? "What would you say...ya do...around here?"

That can't be true. The HC didn't know why his #1 RB wasn't in the game? I find that hard to believe. Rice, even though he hasn't put up huge stats, hasn't looked as bad of late. It was puzzling to me why, all of a sudden, they were giving carries to Bernard Scott.

I can only guess that Harbaugh assumed there was a medical reason Ray wasn't in the game, and that the training staff hadn't updated him yet as to why. And once he found out that wasn't the case, he sent him in. But still, the lack of communication between the assistants and the HC at that point is disturbing.

He definitely said it.  He kept saying "I don't have an answer for you right now", which implies someone else made that decision.  Obviously a mistake by someone on the staff.  He said as soon as he noticed it, he put Ray back in.

Unreal. Not that it affects the outcome, but how does that happen? I guess I look at it like baseball, the manager fills out the lineup card. How does the head coach not know these kind of things? Harbaugh is baffling me this year.

Anyone think McClellan or Doss get the $1.4ish mil tender? McClellan might because Harbs likes his special teamers, David Reed got a tender last year. Doss, I wouldn't
