The OL I put on Harbaugh and Castillo. No idea why they tried to overhaul the scheme from last year but Castillo has to go. Also doesn't help that KO wasn't healthy all year, Yanda wasn't 100%, Oher is garbage, you had a black hole at LT for start of the year and your center probably couldn't start for a D1 College team.

It was like that under Cameron too. I wonder how much of that is on Harbaugh, since he is the common thread between the two OCs.

It was that way with Cavanaugh too.

It's an organizational issue.

This (outside of the OL) is the #1 thing that needs to be addressed this offseason.

Where will we end up picking in the draft, 16-18 or so?

Seems hard to believe an NFL team would want to run a such a predictable offense by design, but yeah, it does go way back. I can maybe see it if you have an elite defense, but the Ravens have not had that for years.

They still want to win with defense, ST and running the ball.

They felt they were built to run the ball well this year.

Had they done that, they are easily a playoff team.

The problem is, they aren't versatile enough to win without that running game, as currently constructed.

Which makes it all the more perplexing they stuck with Castillo all season. Don't know how much difference it would make, but I think you at least have to try to make a change there. Worked last year.
