I hate Twitter. Can someone translate that post?

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Obviously, he isn't close to 100%. Just get through next week without making it worse please. If we fall behind by 14-17 points again just pull him.

Watching the presser today, it's quite obvious that the Ravens and Harbaugh were not happy with the officiating yesterday.

No excuses. We played like crap but I thought that the game wasn't officiated well at all.

Also, there was some annoying woman asking tons of questions at the press conference today.

Brandon. I love ya man, but you're losing me again.

You realize this team has been training since March to get to the position they're in right now, right? And you want them to pull the SB MVP QB if they're down by 14? There would be total chaos and uproar if they did that, and Joe would probably want to kill Harbaugh and would forever lose respect for him. Again, you're talking like a fantasy football player or like the GM of your Madden team. This is real life. Real people. Real feelings. You gotta realize that. This would NEVER happen. Hopefully you're just being a bit sarcastic.

Not really. I understand completely why it won't happen but Joe's long-term health trumps this irrelevant season.

This is a feel type thing where there isn't a clear cut answer. Exact time point of the game would be crucial along with how Joe looks on the leg and his performance. I think it's quite an easy decision if we are down 14-17 at half and Joe has again looked uncomfortable and has performed poorly.

No need to keep pressing your luck everytime the guy takes a hit.

Obviously youre not pulling a healthy Flacco. It's clear he's not close to healthy.

Once you get in the playoffs, anything can happen. This team proved it just last year.

Since the San Diego game doesn't start until after the Ravens play, they will have a chance to make the playoffs with a win no matter what Miami does. So as long as the game is within striking distance, they will keep trying. You might see a situation like last night, where the Ravens are down three scores with two minutes left and then just put in Taylor, but even then I doubt it.

You never pass up the playoffs in the NFL.

Well, yeah. That's pretty obvious. I do think coaches can have a huge impact and I think bad coaches can bring down good talent (see JIm Schwartz, Jason Garrett) but of course, you always take the player.

Well, of course it's obvious and of course you get it. Mr Weber is the one who argues with me all the time about it. Post was more directed at him than you. Your post just provided the opportunity to express my thoughts. Again.

I argued that the coach is more important than the QB? Must be forgetting that one even though the coach is very important, more important IMO than in any other major sport.

What I've argued is that it makes more sense to use record in talking about coaches than QB's and I absolutely stand by that. In both cases, much more better go into the analysis though.

Cassell had Welker, Moss, and a solid running game.

Brady, of late, has had Welker, Gronkowski, Hernandez, plus solid contributions from Brandon Lloyd and Deion Branch.

I'd say Brady has had more talent recently than Cassell had, aside from perhaps this year.

Of course they would have extra money to spend with a cheaper QB too. Not that I would take the cheaper, inferior QB to free up money to be spent elsewhere.

I couldn't read or say anything about last weeks' game until today, but damn this is one hell of a read!

Hilarious stuff in here, lol.  To sum up what took me like 20 minutes to read, Harbs made a bad decision on the 4th down.  We all agree he's a good coach.  We all agree he needs to be better game manager.

But if the wrong person says what I just said in the wrong way...his agenda is on!!  :)

Sigh...I can't believe how bad the Ravens got manhandled this week though.  I was so pumped for the game too.  What a let down this all was.  I think most of the emotion on both sides of this has to be tied to how well we've handled the Pats for so long and then finally we just put up a stinker.  What a bummer...especially with what seems to be little hope of an improved O's team.  Get those season ticket payments in!
