I tried the Stuff You Missed In History Class podcast a while back, but I didn't like the early episodes, so I stopped. I decided to give them another try, though, and instead of starting way at the beginning I only downloaded about two years' worth of back episodes, and I'm enjoying it a lot more.

What does everyone like in terms of baseball podcasts? The end of The Baseball Show and Baseball Today still haunt me.

I dunno about baseball, but Football Weekly is enjoyable for soccer. They're very entertaining too.

All the good ones are gone. :( I'm hoping the MLBTR one can fill the void. I just subscribed to Sklarbro but that's mostly comedy.

Anyone else listen to How Did This Get Made?  That and Cracked are my favorites.

I feel the same way. Back when they first came out, it was some chick (named Candace maybe?) and Josh (from Stuff you Should Know) and it was just kinda dumb sounding. Now they have two woman who sound intelligent and have decent banter back and forth. I listen to Stuff you Should Know and this one but Stuff you Missed in History Class has the nice advantage of being a bit shorter with each podcast being 25-35 minutes where the Stuff you Should Know ones are almost always near an hour

Oh my goodness yes. I literally cannot wait for the next one as soon as it ends. Its such a fantastic concept. I quickly got over the fact that at the end we still won't know definitely who committed the crime and instead am embracing it as a podcast that brings to light the intricacies of peoples' stories, how easy it is to forget minor details, and our perceptions on people

How has no one mentioned Welcome to Night Vale yet?

I've recently become addicted to the The History of Byzantium podcast.

Doughboys is a new one I just started listening to. 32 Fans is a good mostly sports podcast.

The Baseball Show with Rany and Joe is done!

Any baseball podcasts like this around? Two intelligent people talking baseball for an hour a week would be a nice addition to my rotation.

I've tried all the big ones that are out there and they just don't do it for me. I tried Effectively Wild but can't remember why I stopped. Is it daily? Might've been too much to keep up with.

Every other day or every third day. I find one of the hosts pretty annoying but there's not a ton of baseball podcasts.

Seems like the best place to put this.

Larry Willmore has a new podcast "Black on The Air" that will be running on the Ringer Website.  I wasn't a big fan of his show, but this seems like a good place for him.   I'll check it out

Listened to the first 2 episodes of Attack Each Day: The Harbaughs' Podcast this week. Really enjoyed it. Any sports fan would enjoy it, especially here with the Harbaugh connection. Really great stories, especially from Jack.

The only ones in my regular rotation right now are Pod Save America, Waking Up, and Podquisition.  I don't have as much time to listen as I once did.
