Great start to the game for the Ravens... get the 3 and out, with 2 good defensive plays... hit Pittsburgh in the mouth immediately on offense.

Good. Just avoid Troy. If he's at the LOS, throw it deep. If he's deep, check it down, lol. He's been playing well in this winning streak for Pitt (not surprisingly).
See, I would go at Polamalu all day. His strength is playing downhill and towards the LOS. He's never been great in coverage and those skills have eroded further. I would do everything we can to take advantage of his aggressive nature.
The other thing I would be all about is attacking the hell out of Ike Taylor. There may not be a more overrated CB in the league. He benefited greatly from Pittsburgh's zone blitz and their pass rush providing relentless pressure. As the defense has slipped a little and the pressure isn't as consistent, Taylor is exposed. He hand fights and holds all the way down the field. Attack him all night.
Great call as always.

Where was that 3rd and 8 going, even if the catch is made? Ugh.
Ravens to punt.

Yeah... terrible call/check down. Glad to pick a couple first downs up and flip field position a bit though.
