Thought I'd start this to pass on that the game will start at 3:30 and will be televised on the conference's RSN affiliates. That would be CSN for most of you. I'm SOL.

One of three legit chances to gain bowl eligibility.
Injuries or not, we need to beat Syracuse at home.

It's going to be a real shame when we go to the Big Ten next year and lose these longtime rivalry games against Syracuse.

Get the joke obviously, but MD will face Syracuse again next year.

The ACC has announced that the Nov. 16 game at Virginia Tech is set to kick off at 12:30 p.m.
From MD football FB page... don't see a network listed.

ACC Network. I think it's Channel 13 in Baltimore, Channel 5 in DC. This week it will be a split broadcast with the UNC/Pitt game, but both Baltimore and DC will get the Terps. I'll miss it for the second straight week.

Interesting moves. I figured they would prefer someone other than Jake Wheeler to start at LT, and Larose is a good option. He will be competing for playing time next season, and this is his chance to audition. Good to see that Cierski is back, but Goins has played very well. Also good to see that C.J. Brown, Brandon Ross, Dave Stinebaugh, L.A. Goree, and Anthony Nixon are back. With the exception of Diggs, Long, and Madaras, the depth chart looks like it has all season (plus the additions of Klemm and Cierski).

The Terps have a big game this Saturday against Syracuse. If they win, they'll be headed to their first bowl game in the Randy Edsall era. If they lose, they'll be hard pressed to find another win on their schedule after Boston College has proven to be tough to beat this season.

ILB Cole Farrand is listed as OUT on the latest injury report. Shawn Petty will start in his absence.
ILB L.A. Goree is listed as QUESTIONABLE. His backup would be Abner Logan.
S Anthony Nixon is also listed as QUESTIONABLE. His backup would be Zach Dancel.
QB C.J. Brown, RB Brandon Ross, and TE Dave Stinebaugh are all ready to go.

Liked the keys to the game Zack.
With how MD played vs. Clemson (even factoring Clemson playing down to MD)... and the Terps having the bye... I feel like MD has a good chance to win this game.

Good stuff Zack. I feel good about Saturday. I think we'll have a good shot to secure our bowl game.
Also, a downgrade, but it's cool to see Petty getting a start. He'll always be a favorite of mine after what he did last year.

Couple big ST hits from Petty the last few weeks.

Yep. I love it. Like I said, he'll always hold a special place in my heart. I know he didn't carry us to a bowl or anything, but still - I just found that fascinating and thought he handled the whole thing so well all things considered.
