So, when a team gets punched in the mouth and essentially quits, how much of that falls on the coach(es) and how much of that falls on the players?

Well... we will see if they quit. They had some life after Whitfield's sack, the score, and Petty's hit... if they lay down now that Wake has scored again.. that is on all of them.
