That was good coverage from the DB, but I think the S interfered.

Have to get Diggs going. Or make Wake pay for all of the attention he is receiving. 3rd and 4...

Diggs with 6... 1st and 10 from the 43... Ross with 8 yards to the 35.
Diggs and Long hurt.

Ugh. Looks like the trainers were getting the aircast out to put on Long.
Lemme get two claps and a Ric Flair

That's bad. Hope Diggs is OK, but Long's season is over.

I'm sorry for Long... and this is going to impact MD the rest of the year.
King now with a larger opportunity. Another instance where losing Leak hurts.
I feel really bad for Long, a guy with immediate NFL aspirations.

King, Cheeseboro, Etta-Tawo, both Jacobs... maybe true Freshman DeAndre Lane... step on up.
None of them are Long though... which you need opposite of Diggs.

How about these technical difficulties?
The ESPNU crew must be all MD grads, and got injured on one play.

10-3 Wake.
Long's injury really has taken the wind out of my sails... wonder if it is the same on the MD sideline?

The defense with a nice series.... Wake punting again.

Any word on Diggs? He looked OK walking off, but haven't heard if he's coming back.
OK, he's back.
