The Wiz are a more uninspiring NBA team. Let alone getting other pro sports involved.

Seth I just realized you were saying they were the #1seed in the Eastern Conf. I read it for whatever reason as they were the #1seed for being the most uninspiring team

Ha. Yea, they were the #1 in the last few years. Wizards had them on the ropes, the season they had Paul Pierce, but Wall got hurt late in the series.

They were the #1 seed just a few years ago.
Yea and they had a nice run of making the playoffs too IIrC.
But they weren’t then and never really have been a true contender.

The Hawks have been a decent enough franchise. There are definitely worse in the NBA. The Kings are literally the king of terrible franchises at the moment. Obviously they were a title contender at one point, but we're going back a ways to count that. Charlotte is an example if you want a team that has never been close to a contender.

That's a fun win for the young Hawks in Philly: Rookie Kevin Huerter (29 points, 5 3s), 2nd-year big man John Collins (25 pts, nine boards, game-winning stepback) rookie Trae Young (18 pts, 5 assists, 2 steals) all showing promise. After starting 6-23, Atlanta has gone 7-6.
