So thats why Casilla doesnt play. Buck has no tolerance for low baseball IQ. He has one. COmpletely unacceptable.

 

 

 

We can blame ourselves for this one. Porr baserunning. Not getting runners in from 3rd with less than 2 outs. Poorly played game.

I'd consider releasing Casilla. Seriously. He sucks and when you suck you can't make mistakes like that in the little opportunity you get.

I don't think it's a good idea to send the message that a player could possibly be released after a brain fart, no matter how costly. 

 

Now, keeping him on the bench is a different story.

I can tell you what I did.....

 

1st:  The suite was freakin' awesome and we were treated so nice.  Got to meet Joe Orsulak (I'll post pics later), and he was a class guy. 

 

2nd:  We got 2 tickets to the "DIAMOND SEATS" which are the seats DIRECTLY BEHIND HOME PLATE in row 1 seat 1 & 2, so my wife and the friend sat there for a few innings, then let us men take them the rest of the game (2 or 3 innings)....Jonesy nodded at me when I told him, "Jonesy we need you on base...get us a base hit young man."  He looked directly at me and nodded as to say, "Yup, I hear ya buddy" and the rest is history...he did. 

 

3rd:  When Wieters hit that HR, the place freakin exploded!

4th:  When Casilla f'd up, everyone including myself were in such disbelief that he was that OBLIVIOUS to the situation, that I didn't even know what to truly say....I just shook my head, said, "well Matt (my buddy), that was a fun game regardless."

 

I was half drunk so I didn't care as much....but.....I can tell you that I am super pissed that Casilla makes a million dollars and he was the ONLY JERK in the stadium that knew there was only 1 out...unreal....oh well....thanks for thinking of me!  haha!

In my dream last night I dreamed we were down two with one out left and Casilla hit an opposite field home run. But it didn't count because our baserunners were making sure that the ball cleared the fence before running. Casilla went past the guy on first.

So that's two games you've cost us, Alexi.
