As announced by the Maryland Terrapins, the football team will have a new locker room this season. The renovation is due largely to the huge donation by former Terps QB Rich Novak. The new locker rooms will have new carpet, lighting, furniture, and brand new oak lockers.

 

Locker rooms are very impressive to recruits, so having a new, state of the art locker room will definitely help with that. Oklahoma State saw a huge boost in recruiting after their team house was given a complete overhaul by T. Boone Pickens.

Probably not going to be the locker room at Oregon, but still good to hear they are being upgraded. Can only help.

Note to Terps Fans: Keep buying lots of Under Armour, so Kevin Plank can achieve the same level of Sugar-Daddy status as Phil Knight and Boone Pickens.
