Yeah I think Upshaw ends up moving to the middle when both Suggs and Dumervil are on the field. Maybe not what he is best suited for but the idea has been floated enough that it seems like the team thinks he can handle it.Get this done.
BTW...would this pretty much mean Upshaw's moving inside?? Suggs and Dumervil would be the two OLB.

The word is that Dumervil is not apply with the way Denver has handled the situation. We definitely have a chance here.

I have no idea what the Ravens offered but I can't imagine that they went to Tom Condon with a lower offer than Denver. Maybe there's less in year 1, but it wouldn't make sense that the Ravens would offer less after Elvis had an offer in hand from Denver.
