I'd love for this to go to OT.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Tommy Bowden had said he wanted to be not the guy who followed his father, but the guy after that. Quite the accomplishment to follow up a legend like this. Not everyone can Young after Montana OR Mantle after DiMaggio.

Other than USC/Texas, best BCS game.
I think it's between this one and Miami/Ohio St for #2. This might be it though.

Can't even hate on FSU that much for winning, it was that entertaining.

Well, that Miami/OSU game is up there, in terms of worst-ref-screw-jobs-ever.

I missed out, but apparently the in game coverage on ESPNEWS was fantastic. Anyone catch it?
I watched a little -- just prefer the real game coverage -- I heard they are replaying it tomorrow.

Right up there with FSU/Nebraska, OSU/Miami , USC/Texas for me... very entertaining.
I was there in person when Miami beat Nebraska in the 1984 Orange Bowl, and even though it was way before BCS, that one will always be special for me.

So you're both a Terps/Canes fan? Guessing it will be easier next year.

I assume he was talking about the trophy and not some chick he can't have.

Yeah, when I have more time I can explain how/why I became a 'Canes fan as a kid. But yeah, when Miami joined the ACC it definitely created a rooting conflict of interest.
With the Terps moving to the B1G the universe is much more balanced now.
