Still annoyed we lost to them last year. In retrospect, knowing how bad the Giants actually are, that game sucked.

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Ridiculous loss. The only Lamar loss to an NFC team and it was that garbage

More like "Self destruct vs QBs Cover 0".  The Raiders game a couple years ago where the Manning brothers were shaking their head as cover 0 was continually called and Derek Carr picked them apart.

I get that a lot of football coaches and players have ego.  Self-confidence.  Whatever.  But if the reports of Wink cursing out Daboll and walking out of the building because Daboll was getting rid of two of "Wink's guys", that sounds like full on God complex.  Which makes plenty of sense considering the soundbite fodder who liked to give opponents every now and then, and his stubborn refusal to NOT play aggressive / Cover 0 type schemes when "coverage" is called for.  Just that "I'm right, I know more than everyone, my successes prove it... and if we fail, it's on the players alone" attitude he absolutely shows.

Wouldn't touch that dude with a 100 foot pole if the Daboll meeting reports are true.

Just looking at total defense under two years of Wink, the Giants were 25th and 27th.  Not very good for someone with his attitude.

Harbaugh is reportedly meeting with officials from Tennessee this week in Baltimore. Nothing is finalized yet.

Or maybe that meeting with the Titans will be cancelled. Giants are reportedly pushing hard.

Best hire the Giants could've made, IMO. Hope it works well. Think it's a good fit.

If they can stay healthy, Giants could be poised to make a big jump in wins next year. Their defense is not bad and they have potential stars in Dart, Skatteboo, and Nabors. Those are some good playmakers.

Yeah probably the best place for him to go to too, they seem to have a lot of talent for a 4 win team. Need a staff that can pull all that together.

Thankfully I don't watch many Giants games.  Have they finally fixed their OL which seemed to be a problem for over a decade?

Being reported as official now. The holdup apparently was John wanting an organizational structure like he had with the Ravens where he reports directly to ownership rather than the GM, which is how the Giants had done it in the past. Will be interesting to see how Harbaugh and Schoen work together, now that Schoen’s role and authority have effectively been reduced.

Truly wishing him the best there. Giants got the perfect coach for the youth they have. Commanders fans I’ve spoken to aren’t pleased. Rightfully so.
