Fun concept.
A few changes I'd make:
Boggs over Schilling. I would put Clemens on this team, but the fans don't like him.
Larkin over Perez because he was better and it gives them a more recent player.
Nap over Doby. One of the best 2B ever.
Ryan over Downing.
DiMaggio over Jeter.
Roberts over Ashburn.
