Not TOR stuff, aside from the moving FB he gets the GB with his other pitches aren't sharp enough. That's why he's a high 4 ERA guy. With a better INF behind him maybe he gets down to the high 3-low 4 range. Still a good pitcher but more like an ideal #3 guy.

I like the fact that the velocity has increased, he is missing more bats, getting more Ks and more gbs. Definitely could be getting better and since he is 24, that's not unexpected.

His FIP and xFIP suggest he is much better than his ERA indicates.

I would definitely go after Porcello and try to lock him up in a 4 or 5 year deal.
