ESPN2 cuts in late to show the end of the Minn/FSU blowout. Thanks, ESPN.

Terps up 4-3 at the under-16 timeout.

Terps definitely seem to be struggling with the Princeton offense. This won't be easy.

The game was on ESPNews while the FSU game finished.

MD looks awful defensively and have too many turnovers offensively. Howard and Allen are getting worked by the Northwestern guards and these backdoor cuts. Those two in particular look absolutely clueless on the defensive end. Big men are doing work inside and on the glass, though. Just need to find some consistent offense. It's gonna be mostly slashes by Faust and Wells or getting the ball inside to the bigs.

The Terps continue to just dominate on the glass, though. Already have a few offensive boards and have cleaned up nearly everything on the defensive end (just one long rebound off a 3 that you really can't do anything about).

Turnovers have been a huge problem, and I think every single one of them was unforced. Just carelessness by the Terps mostly.

God that court is disgusting. Agreed with Mackus, gotta get the turnovers in check. Really sloppy offensively so far.

Worst court in America? I mentioned it on Twitter and someone responded Oregon. Oregon's really doesn't bother so much. Between all the purple and the superimpose "N" they could go for a *simpler* approach.

Man this group on the floor can't get anything resembling a good look. Would be nice if Pe'shon had anything to offer the team. He can't penetrate off the dribble, can't play defense, and can't hit even wide open jumpers.

Gotta get Len back in the game, the offense has worked a lot better when it's gone through him.

It's the Opaque purple that makes it so bad to me... it just looks awful. Oregon's isn't great, but like you, it doesn't bother me as much. I can't think of a worst court. Is Boise State's blue? (Do they have a basketball team?) ;)

Agree. If it was painted instead of stained, it'd look a ton better.

I know Alex Len has decent range for a 7-footer, but why he's taking a 3 as the shot clock expires is beyond me.

You'd rather him what, hold on to the ball for a shot clock violation? :D

I don't think Len catching the ball in the corner was option #1 on that inbounds play.

Your second sentence is more my point. What is he doing out there on an inbounds play with 4 seconds on the shot clock?

Odds of the Terps getting off a shot on the final possession of the half here?

Typical Princeton-type of game. Neither team on track to crack 60 points.

That said, even though they didn't score much, watching those Princeton teams under Pete Caril back in the day could be a thing of beauty.

Once again, just 1 3PT FG. At least we've only tried 6, so it's not like we're missing a ton necessarily.

Boy am I looking forward to these horrible Big Ten refs.

Md can't lose this game. This NW team is horrible. The good thing is MD has played much better in every 2nd half this year vs 1st half. We got lucky NW shot so poorly as we could easily be down 10 instead of up 2.

Faust, Wells, and Howard don;t even want to take open 3's. No confidence in that shot from those guys at all. Also, we've mishandled the break a few times. Passes getting to the open man a sec or two too late. We need a true PG who knows when and how to distribute the ball. it would help so much.
