MD looks awful defensively and have too many turnovers offensively. Howard and Allen are getting worked by the Northwestern guards and these backdoor cuts. Those two in particular look absolutely clueless on the defensive end. Big men are doing work inside and on the glass, though. Just need to find some consistent offense. It's gonna be mostly slashes by Faust and Wells or getting the ball inside to the bigs.

Worst court in America? I mentioned it on Twitter and someone responded Oregon. Oregon's really doesn't bother so much. Between all the purple and the superimpose "N" they could go for a *simpler* approach.God that court is disgusting. Agreed with Mackus, gotta get the turnovers in check. Really sloppy offensively so far.

Gotta get Len back in the game, the offense has worked a lot better when it's gone through him.

It's the Opaque purple that makes it so bad to me... it just looks awful. Oregon's isn't great, but like you, it doesn't bother me as much. I can't think of a worst court. Is Boise State's blue? Agree. If it was painted instead of stained, it'd look a ton better. It's the Opaque purple that makes it so bad to me... it just looks awful. Oregon's isn't great, but like you, it doesn't bother me as much. I can't think of a worst court. Is Boise State's blue? (Do they have a basketball team?)

You'd rather him what, hold on to the ball for a shot clock violation?I know Alex Len has decent range for a 7-footer, but why he's taking a 3 as the shot clock expires is beyond me.
I don't think Len catching the ball in the corner was option #1 on that inbounds play.

Your second sentence is more my point. What is he doing out there on an inbounds play with 4 seconds on the shot clock?

Jesus. What a joke.Odds of the Terps getting off a shot on the final possession of the half here?

That said, even though they didn't score much, watching those Princeton teams under Pete Caril back in the day could be a thing of beauty.

Md can't lose this game. This NW team is horrible. The good thing is MD has played much better in every 2nd half this year vs 1st half. We got lucky NW shot so poorly as we could easily be down 10 instead of up 2.
