Shaw vs Kelly

Personally, I think David Shaw is the guy to go after. He has a pro offense, has worked in the NFL before(Ravens) and seems to have that young, energetic personality that has worked well for guys like Schiano.
So, if you were an NFL team looking to hire a coach and it came down to one of these 2, who would you prefer?

Incredibly impressive list of coaches Shaw has worked under and played for.

Giving the PC answerAsked Dec. 4 about the possibility of the NFL ever luring him away, Shaw said, "You never say never, of course, but I love it here. My wife loves it here. Our kids love it here."
"I've yet to find a better job," Shaw said, "than right here at Stanford."

Depends on the personnel you have. One place that should have an opening that I think would be very interesting for Kelly would be Philadelphia. Obviously he would need to make some tweaks to his offense for the NFL (he won't be another Spurrier). But I can see his system being a great fit for guys like McCoy, Jackson and Maclin. Of course the big question is Vick. If he had the Vick of 6-7 years ago it would be absolutely perfect. Now.....not so much.
Jason LaCanfora said this morning the Eagles are expected to be all over Chip Kelly after the season. I'll take credit for calling that one.
