Yea, not sure why you give a NTC.

6/85.5 with a chance for it to get to 91.5.

Have you seen the details of the NTC yet? Is it a full or partial?

According to Britt, there is no word on that.

He will make 8.5 next year..13 for the 2 years after...16 for the 2 years after that and 17 in the final year. Also got a 2M signing bonus.

No option year.

The 16/16/17 structure in year 4-6 is sort of a no trade anyway, so that's why I'm not too upset about it.

According to Brent Harris, he tweeted it was the first time since Tejada that the O's gave no-trade clause to a player. Both B-Rob and Markakis got partial ones, so I take it AJ got one. Sounds like a concession the O's gave like the Nats did with Zimm in exchange for them not testing the FA waters.

Also, for those out of the MASN viewing area, MLB Network will also be airing the presser.

Jones said everything you could wanted him to say. With him wanting to be here, I'm now all in with Jones.

Closing this thread, all discussion with Jones moves to: http://baltimorespor....php?f=3&t=1112
