The Ravens are 14.5 point favorites, and ESPN's Match-up Predictor gives the Ravens a 81.3% chance to win.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Feel sorry for the Giants.
Ticked off Ravens team coming off their bye; this should be a beating.

Assume nothing. LV and Cleveland were supposed to be joke games too.
Vegas largely was. Cleveland wasn't.
Ravens are going to win this game by at-least 25.

I'd never assume an "at least" 25 point win in the NFL. They should win comfortably, though.
Well, I'd agree with you 99.9% of the time. It's the NFL, road game, etc.
Maybe I'll make an ass out of myself for the assumption, but this game is going to be a beating.

This is just one of those games where it's impossible to look good due to being such a prohibitive favorite. Win by a lot and you beat up on the lowly Giants. Win by a little and why did you struggle to put away the Giants? And if the unthinkable happens and the Ravens lose, then they look like complete idiots.

There is no amount of looking good against the Giants that will make me feel any more confident about playing the Steelers next Saturday. So just win and don't have any injuries. Last second FG or three score blowout is the exactly the same aside from blood pressure on Sunday afternoon.
As a big picture looking good is a factor but for individual games I dont care. Weird things happen sometimes. For example the Chiefs are 12-1. Dont look like a great team. Think they are 8th in DVOA. Dont care what anyone says that has to be somewhat concerning in the big picture view but any of the individual games where they have barely won isnt anything to be concerned about

Anything can happen, but this really shouldn't be competitive. The Giants have little talent and aren't particularly well coached. Unless the ball bounces funny for the Giants all day I don't see how they can stay in the game. The game will say nothing about their ability the rest of the season or in the playoffs. It is as close to a second consecutive bye as you can get. The most important thing is not to suffer any major injuries. That, of course, is mostly out of anyone's control.

I'll be in Brooklyn this weekend, was thinking of making the trek out to the Meadowlands but I don't know if the weather is going to cooperate. GTD here.

Should be just cloudy and cold with temperatures in the 30's. You'll be fine.

Do some yard work. Unless the Ravens sleep walk through this game it should not even be close.

Actually, I will be doing yard work and listening to the radio broadcast. The Giants offense is just pitiful and even if the Ravens play one of their "shoot yourself in the foot" specials, I think they still win by at least 20 points. The discrepancy in talent is too profound for NY to have any chance of a win.

It's the NFL. Ultimately the distance between the worst team and the best team isn't that huge. Just win. It's that time of year where that's the primary objective. They've shown what they're capable of when they play their best. And to advance in the playoffs, they'll need to play their best. And if they do, no one can beat them IMO. Especially if the defensive turn around of late is real (I have my doubts).

The last time the Giants have been this big of an underdog at home was when they played Dallas. . .back in 1966.
